The RACKWISE-Connect program is built on a tiered concept. By offering three partner categories we allow you to choose the level of benefits that fit your business model and priorities. Based on your level of participation, you will have access to sales tools and information you need to be involved in community that is mutually rewarding.
The Partner levels are:
- Silver – This is our RACKWISE™ Affiliate level and offers your company credibility and recognition for referral business.
- Gold – Gives your company enhanced credibility and provides proof of your superior service and support capabilities.
- Platinum – Gives your company ultimate credibility and the highest recognition in the partner program.
We currently work with and seek partner companies who:
- can deliver a mutually beneficial relationship
- deliver RACKWISE™ data center solutions and deployment expertise to their customers
- have a strong national or regional presence
- fit Rackwise geographic balance considerations and are financially stable
As part of our strong foundation of support for partners, we’ve developed key partner communications because we believe the best partnerships are based on a solid beginning and regular follow-up. To ensure practical and direct communication between partners and RACKWISE™ technical groups, we’ve created the RACKWISE-CONNECT Partner Core Team. Core Team is a monthly forum, via Web casts, designed to discuss technical news and information for partners actively involved in selling RACKWISE™ solutions.
