Strategic Alliance of Partners
RACKWISE has a solid core of high caliber partners around the globe who are part of the RACKWISE CONNECT program. The success of our partners has helped us position ourselves for aggressive growth in an ever-expanding market. The following is a growing list of approved partners.
Rackwise is a member of the BMC Technology Alliance Program, which is designed to support and promote leading and emerging companies, such as Rackwise, who offer technologies that complement BMC Software solutions. This partnership has enabled the creation of a bi-directional Rackwise/BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite Adaptor, providing organizations a seamless integration between their Rackwise solutions and their BMC Remedy workflow processes, the BMC Atrium CMDB configuration repository, and IT Service Management Suite products. The partnership allows Rackwise and BMC customers the opportunity for a true bi-directional and interactive integration, enabling comprehensive management of their IT infrastructure.
Rackwise achieved membership in the Intel® Software Partner Program in December of 2009. Through this program, Intel and Rackwise share resources, research, technology, and expertise to help drive growth, and deliver new and innovative solutions with increased value for the end customer.
Rackwise is a proud member of the IBM Advanced Partner Program. IBM Advanced Partner status is granted to those partners who have been vetted by IBM technical teams to have technologically solid products/solutions, qualified technical skill, joint revenue achievements, and have demonstrated that the partner’s solution has been successfully implemented at customer sites in collaboration with IBM-based solutions. Advanced level memberships are by invitation only, and require annual requalification. The Rackwise/IBM partnership is focused around the Ready for IBM Energy and Environment, Ready for Tivoli, IBM Dynamic Infrastructure, Green Data Center, and IBM Smarter Planet programs.
Rackwise is a member of the Microsoft Certified Partner Program. Rackwise software is designed on a comprehensive Microsoft platform. Rackwise has worked closely with Microsoft to raise corporate awareness of Visio solutions, by providing content for marketing, solution provider training, consultancy and add-in solutions for Visio. As a Microsoft Visio/Visio Toolbox Partner, Rackwise has repeatedly been invited to be an active participant in Microsoft’s Microsoft® Office Visio targeted user activities.
Information Systems Associates (“ISA”) provides data center management solutions to many of the world’s largest companies. These services enable these companies to manage their data center IT assets more efficiently by implementing sophisticated data center management solutions. ISA has partnered with the leading data center management software vendors and supports them in sales, installation, training and maintenance. Once operational, the system is a powerful reporting tool used by executive management to make decisions on their IT infrastructure and data center equipment. These reports are vital when making multi-million dollar decisions regarding such issues as reducing power consumption, insuring data center reliability, replacing equipment, signing maintenance agreements, building new facilities, or determining excess capacity. The power consumption piece is becoming more and more critical as issues such as “Cap and Trade”, energy pollution and protecting the environment through “Green” initiatives as a geo political focus. Thus “Optimizing” or “Greening” data centers is vital to reducing energy costs and protecting the environment.
