(OTCBB:RACK.OB) (the “Company”) announced today that it will release version 3.6 of its core ™ software product, the Rackwise® Data Center Manager (“DCM”), in April of 2012. Pursuant to the terms of its recently executed multi-year software integration and license agreement with Intel Corporation (“Intel®”) announced during the fourth quarter of 2011, the Company and Intel will jointly market the Rackwise® DCM version 3.6 product worldwide, with initial emphasis on the Asia-Pacific and European markets. The Rackwise® DCM 3.6 will include an extensive suite of new features including enhanced device level real-time monitoring, enhanced power modeling, rich asset search, visualization, blade server management, fault impact analysis and business reporting analytics. The Rackwise® DCM 3.6 is the latest version of Rackwise, Inc.’s industry-leading ™ product suite designed and built on open standards supporting integrations with leading best-in- class data center monitoring solutions.

Major California State University selects RACKWISE®

Expands IT infrastructure management beyond traditional data centers

SAN FRANCISCO, October 26, 2011 /Business Wire/ — Rackwise, Inc. (OTCQB: VNDI) (the “Company”) announced today that a major California State University (the “University”) has acquired the RACKWISE® Data Center Infrastructure Management (“DCIM”) product to manage every IT and network controlled asset for the University. Implementation extends beyond the data center to other campus buildings and dormitories to remotely track, control, and manage devices and assets for which the IT organization is responsible.

The breadth and flexibility of the RACKWISE® solution were major factors in the University’s selection process, enabling the University to effectively and efficiently track, manage, control and optimize assets beyond those housed solely within the campus data centers. The University plans to use RACKWISE® to manage its expansive remote asset inventory, including all VOIP handsets, Cisco Telepresence units, more than 2500 dorm room set top boxes and associated satellite dishes, on-campus security cameras, and over 5000 door locks. RACKWISE® will track, manage, and control the services associated with voice, security, and dorm room video distribution, etc.

This implementation demonstrates not only the extensive capabilities of the RACKWISE® solution but also the evolution of DCIM beyond traditional data center assets and into the broader network and IT infrastructures that enterprises of all types (universities, businesses and commercial operations, government entities, etc.) must manage.
